At Origami for You, each piece is handcrafted with care. We want you to love what you receive.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at [your email] with a photo of the item and your order number.

Non-returnable items: Because our products are handmade, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we're happy to work with you if something goes wrong.
